Croftside was also fully booked in August – some new guests and some returning guests. It is always a busy time in the town but possibly less so than in July. Some guest comments are given below:
Thank you for a wonderful week staying here at Croftside. Such a beautiful setting and incredible views which we have never got tired of. Thank you for your kindness and welcome tray and the abundance of extras around the cottage.
A well appointed cottage and made very welcome. Plenty of walks – and not too far away. Bus services are very good and we were able to use bus passes. National Trust locations around are plentiful. The cottage is very comfortable.
September sees several returning guests coming back to Croftside – the town will be quieter and the autumn colours will begin to develop.
